Information we collect

When you submit a booking or quote request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, requested service, preferred date and notes.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your request, plan and provide real estate media services, and communicate about your booking. Booking requests are delivered to LA Media Studio through secure service providers used for email and message notifications.

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website activity. If Google Ads tracking is active, we may store campaign parameters such as UTM values, Google Click ID (gclid), gbraid and wbraid with a submitted lead to measure advertising performance. We do not place personal contact details in page URLs.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver booking notifications or provide requested services, when required by law, or with your permission.

Retention and security

We retain request information only as long as reasonably necessary for business, service and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your contact information by emailing hello@lamediastudio.com. You can also manage cookies and advertising preferences through your browser and Google settings.
